The below Java Applet will connect you to irc.freenode.net #ampache. This is an execellent resource for getting immediate help with
ampache. However, as this is not paid support please be aware of a few things.
- Please wait more then a few minutes for a response, while there are a lot of people in the channel, they aren't paid. So they
aren't always paying attention.
- Be nice to the people in the channel, they are trying to help you.
- Please don't argue with the developers, they most likely know what they are talking about, and have seen your issue before.
- Don't ask to ask, just ask.
- Be Percise, don't say you are using a player, say which one you are using. The more percise you can be the quicker we can help you.
