Provide Metadata hint files on album art dump

1. for windows create a file called desktop.ini in the folder,
2. gives it the attribute ‘hidden’
3. and inserts the lines: [.!ShellClassInfo] !IconFile=path\name !IconIndex=0

1. KDE and maybe other WM’s create a file called .directory in the folder,
2. and inserts the lines: [Desktop Entry] Icon=./.folder.png

And of course you need to create a .folder.png

Fixed in r1380, also put in ToolTip name stuff
