more actions and data in the XML API

Description

For the inclusion of playlist and genre in the Coherence UPnP MediaServer we need these enhancements to the XML API.

  1. number of playlists and genres added to the result of the auth action
  2. two new actions:
    • action=playlist&filter=UIDofPLAYLIST -> returns playlist xml
    • action=genre&filter=UIDofGENRE-> returns genre xml
