Do not issue any bug reports against versions earlier than 3.5.4 they will be closed.

Furthermore, we cannot accept bugs about metadata or art handling in 3.5.4 due to the large number of bugs that have been fixed since then. 3.5.4 in general is becoming less supportable, and it is suggested to try to reproduce the bug in the latest nightly.

Details

When importing AAC files, the track number isn't read properly and is set to zero. For these files, if I run faad -i on them the track number is properly shown.

Additional comments about closing:  Haven't gotten a response. Appears to be upstream bug with getid3() closing.

This has been determined to most likely be a problem with upstream. This needs to be repoted to http://getid3.org
