Furthermore, we cannot accept bugs about metadata or art handling in 3.5.4 due to the large number of bugs that have been fixed since then. 3.5.4 in general is becoming less supportable, and it is suggested to try to reproduce the bug in the latest nightly.

FS#128 - No information during install process to use db password

DetailsDuring my installation I hanged a long time on the installation point with the config file. Every time it says that the config file exists but its not configured correctly.
Several times I glanced truth the config file and found no incorrect point so I checked the check_config_values in lib/debug.inc.php and noticed that I have to use a db password. In my opinion it would be nice to get a warning if you leave the password field empty so it would be clearly for the user why his config don't work. |
