Ampache 3.4-Beta3

This is the last Beta release for the 3.4 branch. This release includes a number of minor fixes and improvements as well as a database update that attempt to resolve some of the lingering Character set issues.

• Changed erorr message on XML api, now based of HTTP error codes
• Split out ACL and Session Expire errors on XML API
• Made Alpha Match box on browse "find as you type" (Thx Spocky)
