Ampache 3.4-Alpha2

This release includes all features from 3.3.x except for Localplay/Democratic play. The Classic theme is significantly improved from the Alpha1 thanks to Spocky. Major improvements to the Now Playing code, and LastFM submissions should increase reliability, and correctly handle most any player. Limited Album disk support has been added along with an improved paging system that should lead to a noticeable performance increase.
