Ampache 3.3.3-Beta2

I need to fall on my sword for this one, there is a bug in Beta1 which prevents you from adding new songs to the database This release corrects the bug, and cleans up a few other things.

• Fixed a bug that prevented adding new songs to the catalog.
• Removed a upload preference that I missed.
• Timezone setting actually works
