It’s been a long time coming, but the first alpha of 3.6 is finally here. A vast majority of the credit for this release has to go to Paul Arthur (flowerysong). He’s responsible for the new search and random methods as well as just about every bug fix in the last 6+ months. This is an alpha release, and we’ve actually already fixed a few bugs since it’s packaged. If you come upon any bugs please report them. So that we can get them fixed. yes I know the theme sucks and the link isn’t obvious.
Love that albums with more than 1cd are combined as one entry now!
However, it would also be great if after selecting an album with more than 1cd, it will order cd-wise (info can be taken from id3-tags). instead of having four number 1′s, than four 2′s, four 3′s etc…
Also love that album art can be turned on by default!
Um, they shouldn’t be combined; if they are, that’s a bug (or poor metadata). Better display of multi-CD albums would be nice, but is not yet in place.
So, this project isnt dead afterall…thats pleasent suprise.
